Cancellation Policy: Cancelled appointments by client less than 24 hours of scheduled shoot will result in a $35 fee.

Refund Policy: Payments are not submitted until photo galleries are delivered. Galleries will have access to view the proofs, and the invoice must be paid to download the images. If a listing goes under contract within the 24-72 hour turnaround, client is still liable to pay the invoice as work has already been rendered. Once the invoice and gallery has been viewed and images have been downloaded, no refunds will be issued. Please address any concerns regarding quality of images before downloading images.

Re-shoot: If client is unhappy with images due to staging issues, failure to communicate, failure to properly prepare home before being photographed, or any issue that is not a fault of the photographer, and asks for a re-shoot, client will be required to book another full session.
